A very very friendly customer service.the room very clean, very spacious, the kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils. the bathroom with whirlpool. everything very complete a quiet and beautiful place
The Nootka has been improved over the years. There aren't a lot of stay options in the area but this is far from a bad option. Nootka definately has a cabin feel and the hot tub room was great. The beds could use an upgrade and the walls are pretty thin but thats the only upgrades I could hope for.
I go to Woodville annually for 2 days of work. I have stayed at the Nootka Lodge each time (I think it's been 11 years in a row). It's not the Four Seasons or the Park Plaza. Hell, it's not even a Holiday Express. It's just a local motel, run by local people. And they make you feel like you're at home. It may be showing it's age, but it is clean. You're in northern New Hampshire, right on the Vermont border. Not too much around other than long dark roads, trees, mountains and moose. Perfect! It's better than being in Boston.

It is a beautiful place that while being almost in the center of town, feels like its in a world of its own. Travelling from afar or just want to get out of the house for a weekend? This is the place to be. It is more on the expensive side, but when you figure in the other amenities included, it would make your stay that much more comfortable. Hot tob, public game rooms, a bar, and comfortable beds with TV, and amazing showers, you won't be unimpressed.
